How do I ask a question on 365Homework.com?
To ask a question on 365Homework.com, go to http://www.365Homework.com and enter your question. Remember that Tutors may have further questions for you in order to best answer your question. If you receive a request for more information from a Tutor, you can reply to your Tutor using the reply box on your question page. You do not have to purchase an answer if you're not comfortable with the 20% of the answer, and you can continue to reply to your Tutor using the Reply button until you are ready to purchase the tutorial.
My copyrighted work has been used in a Tutor's answer. What should I do?
365Homework.com respects copyrights and expects the users of the 365Homework.com site to respect copyrights as well. You can find the website's takedown procedures here by clicking on Privacy at the bottom of the homepage.
Do I need to register?
No, you may ask a question without creating an account. However, if you do choose to simply proceed with a guest account, we recommend providing the system with your email address along the way.  This is important because our system will send notifications regarding your Question status to your email address.
What if no one answers my Question?
Don't worry if you ask your question and don’t get an answer right away. Sometimes it just takes a little time for the Tutor to create their response. Many times a Tutor has responded and the person seeking tutorial is simply not aware there is a response waiting for them. Please go to view MY TUTORIALS page and see if a Tutor has responded. It's also possible that the Tutor is having a hard time understanding your question. Feel free to add more information to help the Tutors help you.
What if a Tutor does a really fantastic job?
Please consider giving them a bonus! This is easy to do when you purchase an answer. Or you can come back and add a bonus at a later date by using the "bonus" button on your question page. Also feel free to let people know about your great experience on 365Homework.com.
How do I change my settings?
You can change your settings, profile information, registration details, etc. from the MY ACCOUNT link located at the top of the website. You will be able to control all aspects of your account from this page.

Follow the simple instructions below to access your MY ACCOUNT page:

a. Ensure you are logged in to your 365Homework.com account. You may verify if you are logged in by looking at the top right portion of your screen showing your username.

b. Once logged in, you may now click the MY ACCOUNT link located at the top right corner of the 365Homework.com site and follow the instructions to make your changes.
What if I forget my password?
To protect your privacy, passwords cannot be retrieved. However, they can be reset. Click HERE to change your password. If this option is not available or you do not have a valid email address in your profile, contact customer service and we will change your password for you.
What username should I choose?
Please select an anonymous username, one that does not contain your first or last name or other personally identifiable information. For example, choose “Bushisliving” rather than “Will smith”.

Asking Questions, Getting Answers

What should I do if my Question is posted in the wrong category?
Just let us know by clicking the CONTACT US link located at the bottom of the homepage. We'll get it to the appropriate category
How much do I pay to post a Question?
Posting questions in 365Homework.com is Free, but the minimum price option is generally $0.25, Users can choose the higher prices based on how much they are willing to pay and complexity of the question. There are no average question costs.
When will I be charged?
When posting a question on 365Homework.com, you will be charged equal to the value of the question you submit and how much you stated you will pay. You can pay for your question using a credit card or PayPal account.  If you're not happy with the answer you receive and do not wish to pay for it, you are not obligated to purchase the Tutorial.
How long should I wait for an answer?
Normally, you should get an answer within an hour of asking your question. However, questions asked late at night and on weekends take longer as there are fewer Tutors online to answer. If you have been waiting longer than an hour, then ask your question directly to the tutor or contact the tutor directly.
Why can't I view my answer?
If you have already paid the deposit but can't view your answer, it's probably because you are not logged in. Try logging in to your account again and this should solve the problem.
What can I do if I'm unhappy with the answer I receive?
You have a few options.

a. You can let the Tutor know that you are dissatisfied with the answer by clicking “CONTACT TUTOR” and explaining why.  Often times, the Tutor will be more than willing to work with you in order to improve on the response.

b. Or, you may tell the Tutor you would simply like to work with another Tutor.  In that case, the Tutor helping you can make your question available to other Tutors of your choice.
What if I feel the Tutor who answered my Question was not qualified enough?
If a Tutor answered your question and they do not have the credentials you would like them to have, please feel free to post a response on your question page and ask for a different Tutor with the credentials you are seeking to help. And, when you ask another question on 365Homework.com, please be sure to let the Tutors know, in your question, if there’s a specific credential you’re looking for in a tutor or simply ask the question directly to any tutor of your choice.
Will I be notified once a Tutor has answered my Question?
Yes. When you ask your question, you will be emailed as soon a tutor replies to your question.  However, if you have created an account without entering your email address, then you will have to update your account before you can receive an update about your answer.
What if two Tutors post answers at about the same time?
If you receive more than one answer and you feel one of them is better, you may purchase that one. If the answers are similar, you may wish to purchase the one that was posted first. If the answers are different and helpful, feel free to accept more than one. Please remember that you will have to pay for each answer you accept and cannot change the question value between different answers.
Do I have to purchase a tutorial from a tutor?
Once a Tutor provides an answer to your question, you will be notified that your question is answered and a button “BUY” will appear. If you are satisfied with the 20% answer you received, then you should make sure to click “BUY” button.  It is important to remember that this is the only way the tutors will get paid for answering your question.

If you are not satisfied with your answer, then you should not click the “BUY” button. Instead, click “contact tutor” and offer feedback to the tutor so that they may improve their response. If you would prefer a different Tutor to answer your question, you may ask the tutor to make your question available to another Tutor.
Can I buy more than one answer?
Yes. After you purchase your first answer, the other answers will still be available and you can purchase one of those as well. You can purchase the second answer just like you did your first. One note: you will have to pay for each tutorial you accept and cannot change the question value between different answers.
I received an email that says I need to buy my answer. What do I do?
After you post a question on 365Homework.com, you are not required to pay any money provided you did not receive any answer. Once you receive an answer to your question, you can decide if you want to pay for the answer. Your tutor will not be paid until you purchase the answer. When you buy the tutorial, your deposit money is transferred to the Tutor and a portion also to 365Homework.com.
What happens if I purchase the wrong answer?
Once you purchase a tutorial, you cannot remove the buying. If there is another answer that you like better, feel free to purchase more than one tutorial. Please remember that you will have to pay for each answer you accept.
Why can't I reply to the Tutor?
This usually means that you're not logged in. To see if you're logged in, look in the upper-right corner of your browser for MY ACCOUNT.  If it says "Log In", then log in and try to post again.

Payments & Billing

What are the payment options available to me?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including prepaid gift cards displaying a credit card logo. We also accept PayPal. Getting a free PayPal account is easy, just go to www.paypal.com.
I have already purchased an answer to my tutorial, but I'm not satisfied. Can I get a refund?
Once you purchase an answer to your tutorial, the funds are transferred to the Tutors as payment for the work they performed. If you would like a refund after accepting the tutorial, your request must be reviewed by our Billing Department.
How can I request a refund?
At 365Homework.com, we want to ensure all students are 100% satisfied with their experience, as such, your transaction on 365Homework.com is backed by a 30-day refund policy.  Please review our Terms of Service for more details. If the charge occurred less than 30 days ago and you would like to request a refund, you may do so by clicking the link “contact us” below. Refund requests are generally processed within 24 hours. However, it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days, depending on your bank, for your funds to be made available in your account.
How can I cancel my Membership?

Why can't I log in?
To login, you will need to use the username and password that you entered upon registration. Registration is required before you can login. If you have registered and are unable to login, check that you have all cookies enabled on your web browser. You may need to add this website to your browser's list of trusted websites.
